Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-Time

$50–$58 per hour (based on experience)
Full-Time | No Evenings or Weekends

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. If you are passionate about patient education, preventive care, and building long-term patient relationships, we would love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planning
- Perform periodontal charting and collect diagnostic information
- Take digital radiographs and intraoral images
- Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment recommendations
- Support the doctor in identifying and discussing treatment needs
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience while building trust and rapport
- Work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative team
Qualifications
- Current New York State Registered Dental Hygienist license
- Local anesthesia certification preferred
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Experience with digital radiography and electronic dental records preferred
