Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Position Summary
Therapeutic Endeavors is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic therapy team. The SLP will provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to children and/or adults with communication and swallowing disorders. This role involves direct service delivery, collaboration with families and staff, and contributing to a supportive and innovative clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
- Provide therapy sessions in clinical, school-based, and/or community settings.
- Document client progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare required reports.
- Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to support therapy goals.
- Supervise Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) as needed, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Provide consultation and training to families and staff on communication strategies.
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, FERPA, and state licensure regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Florida SLP license in good standing.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (preferred, CFY may be considered).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working with pediatric populations and/or individuals with developmental delays (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $33.00 - $45.00 per hour
