This person needs to be available responsible no calling in sick every other Monday and great with customers . You must have a great driving record to be able to drive our vehicles. EPA is a must. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and mechanical systems using schematics and technical manuals.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as filter replacements, system inspections, and component adjustments to ensure peak performance.
- Install new HVAC/R equipment in residential and light commercial properties following industry standards and safety protocols.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to accurately troubleshoot issues and plan repairs.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters, welding equipment, and other mechanical repair tools to restore systems efficiently.
- Conduct property maintenance tasks related to HVAC/R systems, including plumbing connections and appliance repairs when necessary.
- Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for each job to ensure accurate documentation of work performed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on HVAC/R systems in residential or light commercial environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and HVAC design plans confidently.
- Familiarity with refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration is preferred.
- Experience with plumbing, appliance repair, boiler operation, welding, and general equipment repair is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate field service tools such as ohmmeters, refrigerant gauges, and diagnostic devices effectively.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driver’s license (CDL) or <PERSON> driver certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of construction practices related to HVAC installation and property maintenance.

Pay: $26.00 - $47.00 per hour
