ClearSpace Cleaning Solutions is a Durham-based cleaning brokerage focused entirely on vacant-property turnovers for property managers and landlords. We're growing our roster of reliable cleaning crews.
Durham, NC only. We dispatch local turnover jobs and cannot
accommodate long commutes. Must live within 30 miles of Durham.
What you'll do
Clean vacant residential properties (single-family homes, townhomes, condos) between tenants. Most jobs are standard turnover cleans; some involve deep cleaning or post-construction work. Durham only. We do not handle occupied homes, apartment complexes, or commercial buildings.
Pay
- Per-square-foot pricing (rate sheet shared after onboarding)
- Paid weekly via Zelle every Friday for the prior week's completed jobs
- 1099 independent contractor (you handle your own taxes)
- You provide your own equipment, chemicals, and consumable supplies
Who we're looking for
- 1+ years of cleaning experience (residential turnover experience preferred)
- General liability insurance required (typically $25-50/month, easy to get)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Background check consent required
- Solo operators welcome; multi-person crews preferred for larger jobs
