Blue Eagle is growing and we're looking to add another hardworking person to our team. We have an opening for a Full-Time Driver/Operator position that will work five scheduled day shifts a week with opportunities to work overtime. Drivers work as a team and rotate night shifts every 4-5 weeks. Standard hours are 8am-8pm. At Blue Eagle, we value our employees and understand that we work so we can live and not live so we can work. That's why we want to take care of our employees by offering a $135/day draw on commissionable sales for each day you work.
Our operators typically average $800-$1000 a week with the opportunity to make much more. Basically, the harder you work the more you get paid.
Position open- Flatbed Tow Truck Operator
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: Five (5) shifts a week from 8 am-8 pm
(night rotation every 4-5 weeks from 8pm-8am)
Pay: $135 per day draw for each day worked (Draw on Commissionable Sales)
- Paid weekly (based on the previous week worked)
- Commission balance monthly
Training: Personalized Paid Training (One on One training with one of our top and most experienced drivers)
Requirements:
-25 years old or older (insurance requirements)
-For Hire License (can get after the interview)
-Current DOT physical/Drug Screen (can get after the interview)
-Clean driving record last 3 years
-No DUI, OWI, or drug dismissals in the last 7 years
-We do a background check and random drug testing
-Due to the nature of our business some felony convictions will not be considered.

Salary: $40,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
