We’re a dynamic, growing company looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office & Accounting Coordinator to join our team. If you're someone who thrives in a small office environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and has a knack for keeping things organized and running smoothly—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day office operations and financial tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Accounts Payable & Receivable using QuickBooks
- Creating and sending accurate, timely invoices
- Supporting purchasing and inventory tracking
- Organizing and maintaining digital and physical records
- Handling incoming calls and providing friendly, professional support
- Assisting with mail distribution, office supply orders, and general admin tasks as a back up to the Office Administrator.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth office operations
What We’re Looking For:
- QuickBooks expert with solid experience in bookkeeping and invoicing
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Prior experience in purchasing or inventory management is a plus
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
