The Opportunity
Dvorak is seeking an enthusiastic and capable MDTA/Roadway Foreman to lead daily field operations on transportation and roadway projects. This is an excellent opportunity to build leadership experience, take ownership of complex field work, and contribute to high-visibility projects that keep communities moving.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, support, and mentor field crews while modeling professionalism and accountability
- Coordinate daily work activities, materials, and inspections
- Uphold MDTA, safety, and quality standards with consistency and care
- Communicate clearly with project leadership, inspectors, and trade partners
- Support scheduling, change-order documentation, and two-week look-aheads
What This Role Requires
- A valid CDL-A and Master Electrician license, or the ability to obtain both within six (6) months of entering the role
- Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evenings and weekends based on MDTA project needs
- A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and delivering high-quality workWho Thrives in This Role
