Job Duties:
- Identify and fix electrical issues
- Identify and fix wiring, sensors, and automation components
- Install and set up electrical components
- Perform facility start up activities.
- Perform preventative maintenance activities.
- Installs, maintains and repairs machinery, equipment and physical structures.
- Visually and physically inspects and tests machinery and equipment.
- Detects malfunctions and repairs machinery and equipment.
- Dismantles defective machines or equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
- Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings and other parts of machinery and equipment.
- Installs and repairs electrical apparatuses such as transformers, wiring and electric components of machinery and equipment as assigned.
- Lays out, assembles, installs and maintains pipe systems, related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment and repairs and replaces gages, valves, pressure regulators, sensors and related components.
- Repairs and maintains physical structure of facilities.
- Installs, program and repairs automated machinery or equipment as assigned.
- Sets up and operates machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill, milling machine to fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures and tools.
- Operates cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
- Fabricates and repairs counters, benches, partitions and other wooden structures as assigned.
- Work as a team with Engineering, Tooling and Production Departments on machine/equipment issues. Interact with fellow team members in a professional manner.
- Support and enhance our learning and development strategy in line with business needs and organizational growth. Share knowledge/learning with others and learn new skills as assigned.
- Implement and apply company tools effectively to support maintenance department success. Addressing maintenance and production efficiency (OEE).
- Participate in continuous improvement OEE activities. Participates in overall machine effectiveness efforts, end of job evaluations and waste reduction.
- Participate in Maintenance Training Program as assigned.

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
