Voted Winchester's Best Hamburger, the iconic Snow White Grill is Winchester’s longest-running restaurant. Since 1949, the community has enjoyed our traditional burgers either served in the unique dining room or by the bag to go. Our team is made up of Brand Ambassadors who understand the history and the importance of the Snow White Grill experience. We are looking to add to our team to help share in the vision and opportunity.
We are adding a couple of Team Members with roles ranging from assisting with daily prep to customer service support. We offer strong compensation, flexible scheduling, and an opportunity for growth. The ideal candidates must have a background in food service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Snow White Grill team members are responsible for ensuring that our restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and customer service.
Duties
- Act as Ambassador for the Snow White Grill experience
- Duties will range from daily product prep and support of front line customer service
- Maintain Snow White Grill quality and service standards
- Understand and ensure proper food preparation, service standards, and adherence to health regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of station(s) in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Skills
- Experience in food service within casual dining environments.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
- Experienced with key aspects/stations of grill or diner operation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous food truck or catering experience is a plus
