Part-Time Pastry Cook – Catering & Meal Delivery
Taylor Made Cuisine (TMC) is currently seeking a talented and motivated Pastry Cook to join our growing team. Being a team player, maintaining a strong work ethic, and having weekend availability are essential for success in this role.
Taylor Made Cuisine is one of Orange County's fastest-growing catering and meal delivery companies. Established in 2016, TMC operates from a 6,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art production facility in Irvine's Sky Park Business Complex. We are passionate about great food, exceptional service, and fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and excellence.
At TMC, we are both a full-service catering company and a meal delivery company. This means every team member plays an important role in supporting multiple areas of the business. We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to jump in wherever needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Kind, hardworking, and team-focused
- Quick learner who takes initiative
- Knowledge of baking fundamentals and pastry production
- 1–2 years of bakery or pastry experience
- Comfortable using a piping bag and decorating cupcakes and desserts
- Culinary school education preferred, but not required
- Flexible and willing to assist with tasks outside of the pastry department when needed
- Available to work early morning shifts, including start times as early as 4:00–5:00 AM
- Weekend availability preferred

- Experience working in a high-volume production environment
