7-Eleven is looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA! In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly while supporting a fast-paced, iconic retail environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to store and district management teams
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and day-to-day office operations
- Maintain accurate records, files, and data entry across internal systems
- Assist with inventory tracking, vendor communications, and purchase orders
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner
- Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding paperwork and employee records
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
