We are seeking a flexible and dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinic in Mesa. This is a part-time/full-time (30 hours) position with flexible hours, but candidates must be available to work until 5 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Treat 1:1 with a client
- Assist with various side tasks
- Provide breaks to therapists
- Fill in as needed for open clients
- Help with office duties as needed
Requirements:
- 40-hour RBT certificate required (preference given to fully registered RBTs)
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must pass a background check
- Possession or willingness to obtain Fingerprint Clearance Card and Article 9 certification
