What you’ll do
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure all surfaces are spotless.
- Manage laundry services by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to uphold quality standards and address any maintenance issues promptly.
- Utilize industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively for deep cleaning tasks as needed.
- Provide exceptional hospitality by responding to guest requests with a positive attitude and prompt service.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Uphold safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Basic qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable.
- Experience in janitorial or custodial roles, showcasing your ability to handle diverse cleaning tasks.
