Maintenance Technician –
An established residential apartment community in Wareham, MA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional looking for a full-time position with the potential to become permanent.
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shift
Responsibilities
- Complete daily maintenance work orders in a timely manner
- Perform apartment turns and prepare units for new residents
- Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, drywall, carpentry, and painting issues
- Perform preventive maintenance throughout the community
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the property
- Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents and team members
Qualifications
- Previous apartment, residential, or multifamily maintenance experience preferred
- Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance repair
- HVAC and/or EPA certification is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Must have your own basic hand tools
