Infant & Toddler Assistant Teachers
Established, Owner-Operated Daycare & Preschool – 37 Years of Service
Located on 12 Mile Road in Farmington Hill, Great Beginnings is a long-standing, owner-operated daycare and preschool that has proudly served our community for 37 years. We are currently seeking caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Infant and Toddler Assistant Teachers to join our dedicated team.
Unlike large corporate centers, our program is personally run by the owner, creating a warm, family-like environment for children, parents, AND staff. Many families stay with us from infancy through preschool, and we value the strong relationships we build along the way.

- Follow all center policies and Michigan childcare licensing requirements
Assistant Teacher Responsibilities
- Supervise and care for infants and toddlers throughout the day
- Assist with classroom activities, meals, outdoor play, rest time, and daily routines
- Support a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
- Provide children with individual attention, encouragement, and care
- Help maintain daily classroom structure and routines
- Communicate appropriately with parents and staff

Previous experience as a TEAM member in a daycare center a plus
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
