The Receptionist is responsible for managing front-desk operations, ensuring accurate handling of customer interactions, administrative tasks, and communication processes. This role supports overall store operations by maintaining organization, ensuring proper documentation, and providing a professional and efficient point of contact for customers and internal teams.

Manage reception desk operations to ensure consistent coverage during business hours

Greet and assist customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional and efficient manner

Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments or personnel

Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with company standards

Ensure compliance with required documentation and posting requirements

Monitor and organize incoming and outgoing communications, including messages and inquiries

Assist with coordinating internal communication between departments

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the reception area

Identify and escalate operational issues, documentation concerns, or compliance gaps

Previous experience in reception, administrative, or customer service roles

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
