About the Role
I'm a work-from-home business owner looking for a reliable, proactive person who enjoys bringing order to a busy household. This role is a mix of housekeeping, personal assistance, pet care, and helping tackle the never-ending list of projects that tend to pile up.
I'm looking for someone who genuinely enjoys organizing, notices what needs to be done without being asked, and takes pride in making a home run more smoothly.
What You'll Do
No two days will look exactly the same, but responsibilities may include:
- General housekeeping and tidying
- Laundry, folding, and putting clothes away
- Organizing closets, cabinets, storage spaces, and other home projects
- Running errands (grocery store, post office, returns, etc.)
- Cleaning and organizing vehicles
- Pet care, including feeding, letting dogs out, and occasional walks if needed
- Watering flowers, vegetable gardens, and pollinator gardens
- Pulling weeds and helping maintain outdoor spaces
- Assisting with seasonal projects and home organization
- Helping keep household supplies stocked
- Occasional meal prep or light household tasks as needed
What I'm Looking For
- Trustworthy and dependable
- Self-starter who doesn't need constant direction
- Organized with great attention to detail
- Comfortable around pets (animal lovers encouraged!)
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds and work indoors and outdoors
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working independently while also communicating well
- Someone who enjoys creating calm, organized spaces
Schedule
- Flexible part-time hours (approximately 10–20 hours per week)
- Days and hours can be worked around both schedules
