Case & Associates was founded in Tulsa, OK in 1983. Since then we have grown and expanded our reach across 6 states and continue to grow year after year. We have over 100 properties and over 800 employees. Currently we have new projects in Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri and Kansas. Due to our continued growth we are looking to add an additional Construction Superintendent to our team!

Basic Purpose:
Responsible for supervising the construction of new multifamily apartment sites ranging in size from 200-400 units.
This position is responsible for all of the following:

Communicating with the VP of Construction on a daily basis.

Read Blueprints, Architectural and Civil.

Schedule subcontractors working at the site.

Walk/Inspect subcontractors work on a daily/regular basis for completion and quality control.

Schedule inspections with city and work with Building Inspectors as needed.

Assess progress of subcontractors and verify adequate personnel at job site to meet schedules.

Ensure that subcontractors are performing work in a safe manner and adhering to OSHA standards.

Work with Property Management personnel as job nears completion and Certificates of Occupancy are acquired.

Report in writing on a weekly basis to VP of Construction documenting progress.
Requirements:

10-12 years related training/experience
-
Multi-Family new construction experience is highly preferred

Extensive in state and out of state travel will be required.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English for business purposes

Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background investigation including criminal record search, employment verification, and drug screen
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand, walk, climb stairs; use hands to finger, handle, grasp or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel or crouch; talk; hear.

Employees may be required to lift heavy objects up to 75 pounds with the assistance of a dolly and another employee.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Additional Information:
This is an Exempt Full Time position. The scheduled work hours will be M-F 7am-5pm and Saturdays 8am-12pm.
