We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our restaurant and bar teams. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure top-notch customer service, manage staff performance, and uphold food safety standards. Your leadership will help create memorable dining experiences while maintaining efficient food and beverage service across casual, fine dining, and catering settings. Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
- Train, mentor, and develop team members in food preparation, customer service, POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS), and food safety protocols
- Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and overseeing food production to minimize waste and optimize costs
- Oversee cash handling procedures, shift management, and ensure accurate transaction processing
- Enforce health and safety standards related to food handling, sanitation, and kitchen management
- Coordinate with culinary teams on food presentation, quality control, and special event catering such as banquets or private functions
- Lead staff scheduling, interviewing, performance evaluations, and training & development initiatives
Requirements
- Proven supervising or management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management
- Experience with POS systems (Toast) proficient cash handling skills
- Background in hospitality management with a focus on food service management and customer service excellence
- Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, food safety standards, and food industry best practices
- Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, training & development, and shift supervision
- Casual dining or fine dining experience preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism; excellent communication skills are essential
