At Max & Louie's New York Diner we serve more than 1,000 people on a daily basis and have 200+ menu items that are often modified. To be successful in this position you must be willing to push yourself in a high output environment and accommodate all guests needs. This is only possible for people who thrive under pressure while maintaining high standards for the product that they serve.

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years experience working in high volume restaurants (1K+ Covers per day)
- Conversational in English or willing to learn appropriate amount of English for the kitchen.
- Conversational in Spanish or willing to learn appropriate amount of Spanish for the kitchen.
- Experience with high item selection Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner menus.
Expectations:
- High level of professionalism towards promptness, communication, health regulations, and quality of product.
- Team oriented mindset and willingness to break old habits while developing new habits.
- Hardworking and personable under pressure.
