- Diagnose complex automotive issues including electrical, engine, and drivability problems.
- Perform advanced repairs on brakes, suspension, steering, HVAC, and engines.
- Execute routine maintenance like alignments, tire services, and fluid flushes efficiently.
- Utilize modern diagnostic scanners and shop equipment accurately.
- Maintain high quality control to minimize comebacks and ensure customer safety.
- Work productively in a high-volume, fast-paced shop environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience required.
- Certifications: ASE Certifications (Master Tech preferred) or equivalent proven experience.
- Tools: Must possess a complete set of personal hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities and deep knowledge of multi-brand vehicles.
- Attributes: Strong work ethic, speed, accuracy, and a clean driving record.
