We Are Looking For:
Veterinary Reception Experience Required. A hard-working reliable employee for a full-time receptionist / customer service representative position (CSR). Must be available to work weekdays from 7:30AM-6PM and have a passion for animals. Must be comfortable with computers and multi-line phone system(s).
Position: Full Time (40hrs), 4 x 10hr shifts

What You'll Do:
- Greet clients and patients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Appointment Scheduling
- Handle Payments
- Client communication and coordinate between clients, veterinarians, and other team members
- Use a user friendly practice management software (Covetrus Pulse)
