Our agency proudly serves customers across Delaware, Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia, helping individuals and families protect what matters most.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

What Were Looking For:
- MUST live in DE, MD, DC, or VA
- MUST be Licensed in Property & Casualty (Life license is a plus).
- Confident communicator with a passion for helping others.
- Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Sales/Marketing experience or customer service background ideal.
What You'll Do:
- Educate clients on a variety of insurance products including auto, home, renters, and life.
- Generate and follow up on leads through referrals, marketing, and networking.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through expert guidance and exceptional service.
- Stay compliant with state regulations across DE, MD, DC, and VA.
