We’re a young but growing quarterly digital esoteric magazine seeking a short-term freelance collaborator to elevate our monetization and design strategy.

We’re looking for a freelance digital strategist with strong experience in affiliate research, digital publishing, and elegant design to help us refine and build out our infrastructure—and teach us how to sustain it.

o Research & identify affiliate programs aligned with our mystical/spiritual niche
o Design or improve our website for optimal style and affiliate integration
o Design a clean, professional newsletter template ready for quarterly and promotional campaigns
o Research aligned online stores and platforms that could pay to advertise with us
o Write compelling email templates and pitches for affiliate partners and potential advertisers
o Conduct pricing research to advise us on how much to charge for ad placements
o Teach and mentor the magazine’s founder through this entire process, leaving behind clear documentation and workflows

o +2 years experience in digital publishing, affiliate marketing, and newsletter/media monetization
o Portfolio of clean, aesthetic design work (websites or email/newsletter formats)
o Excellent written English and copywriting skill for emails and outreach
o Comfortable teaching beginners and documenting process steps
o Interest in spirituality, mysticism, or niche publishing is a plus

o Range of $1,000–$2,000 USD total for 1–2 months (depending on scope and experience)
o This can be billed as a flat project rate or retainer with clear deliverables.
