Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests where they want to be, ask what type of beverage they would like to have.
- Deliver a high level of service to all guests and co-workers
- Able to work in a team. Assist the kitchen staff with tasks when needed.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment and appearance
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounding areas
- Prepare food to standard specifications for all customers
- Communicate food and drink orders to customers and take orders as needed
- Answer questions about menu items or specials (when applicable)
- Take payments in either cash, credit or credit card
- Answer phones, answer questions, and make reservations for guests when requested.
- Resolve problems when they arise. Respond quickly to keep customers satisfied. Solve problems as they arise to maintain the highest level of customer service.
