- Experience operating multi-head embroidery equipment is a major plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with your hands and around machinery
- Ability to recognize quality issues before they become larger production problems
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Able to stay organized while managing multiple orders
- Comfortable working in a production environment where both quality and speed matter
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes of hats, garments and production materials
What Success Looks Like
A great embroidery operator doesn't just push the start button.
You'll learn how an order should look, catch problems before dozens of hats are produced incorrectly, keep machines running efficiently, and take ownership of the quality coming off your machines.
We care about production numbers, but quality comes first. Our goal is to produce custom headwear that we're proud to ship and our customers are excited to wear.
Pay
$21–$25 per hour
Starting pay will be based on embroidery experience, commercial machine experience, troubleshooting ability and overall production skills.
If you already know how to confidently operate commercial multi-head embroidery machines, we'd especially like to hear from you.
