Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Expert-level experience driving manual transmission vehicles. Candidates should be highly confident and comfortable operating manual vehicles in a variety of driving and parking situations.
- Excellent judgment, patience, and a safety-first mindset.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude. Works well with others, communicates effectively, and contributes to a collaborative work environment.
- Takes direction well, is coachable, and follows established procedures and standards consistently.
- Genuine interest in cars and an appreciation for proper vehicle care.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing for extended periods, washing and detailing vehicles, bending, lifting, and moving between vehicles throughout the day.
- Previous experience in automotive services, valet, detailing, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
