Busy NYC firm that specializes in No-Fault Collections seeks an experienced attorney.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handling all aspects of no-fault arbitration;
- Appearances at hearings; and
- Negotiation and settlement.
Candidate should have knowledge of the No-Fault collections process. Candidate should have excellent research and writing skills; and have a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task and ensure that deadlines are met.
Member in good standing with the New York Bar.
