We’re looking for friendly, outgoing cashiers to join our Wingstop team. As the face of the restaurant, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking accurate orders, and ensuring every guest has a great experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, positive experience
- Take in-person and phone orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments
- Answer menu questions and make recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate orders
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
- Follow all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or cashier experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
