For more than 10 years, AccountingX has helped nonprofits and professional service firms gain clarity and confidence through virtual accounting, bookkeeping, and CFO services. We’re growing and looking for an experienced Accountant to join our remote team.
What You’ll Do
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and month-end close.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and audit-ready financial statements, supported by well-organized workpapers.
- Serve multiple clients, build trusted relationships, and communicate financial information with clarity.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience.
- Current QuickBooks Online (QBO) basic certification (required).
- Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities across multiple clients.
