We are looking for a highly-motivated, determined, sales driven person to plan and execute all aspects of sales for. The Manager will be responsible for negotiating rates, establishing contracts and maintaining positive relationships with our clientele. The Manager will be responsible for generating top line revenue to meet or exceed budget goals at our hotel. Will work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement an effective revenue generating sales plan.
Will work closely with the General Manager at the property as well providing support to the General Manager and hotel's team.

Requirements:Requirements:· Minimum two years’ experience as a Sales Manager in the hotel industry· Sales experience in the select service hotel environment preferred· Exceptional customer service skills required· Ability to generate new revenue· Ability in creating and keeping current, monthly sales action plans and annual business plans· Ability to make cold calls, generate new leads and close deals· Ability to network effectively with others· Maintain an active and visible position in the local markets· Computer proficiency required, sales software experience preferred.
