Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team on a permanent part-time or full-time basis. We operate a highly advanced, high-tech clinical environment designed to minimize administrative burdens. From mostly digital paperwork to automated patient recall and confirmation systems, we handle the logistics seamlessly behind the scenes. Additionally, we utilize AI technology for clinical notes, making documentation fast and easy so you can focus entirely on patient care.
Schedule:
Part-Time: 3 full days a week
- Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Full time: 3 full days and 2 half days
- Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM- 1:00 PM
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $45.00 - $55.00 / hour (depending on experience)
- Benefits: PTO (Paid time off, Bonus, 401K - based on eligibility)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional clinical hygiene care, including thorough prophylaxis, scaling and root planing (SRP), and periodontal maintenance.
- Take high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral photos.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies, treatment plans, and preventative care using clear, professional communication.
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA regulations, ensuring universal precautions are followed at all times.
- Review and finalize patient clinical charts using our integrated AI note-taking assistant to ensure efficient and accurate documentation.
- Navigate our streamlined, paperless office systems for optimal patient tracking and scheduling.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid and current Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Comfort working in a fully digital, high-tech environment and utilizing modern dental software.
- Commitment to punctuality, professional appearance, and workplace accountability.
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
