JOB
Operates equipment and machinery; Performs maintenance and labor as needed regarding street/stormwater operations. Performs various construction/roadwork duties, such as working with asphalt, dirt, concrete, or other activities.
Starting pay $23.6327/hr.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES Duties include, but are not limited to:

Performs concrete finishing operations,
-
Monitors/maintains City streets/alleys,
-
Smooths, levels, and finishes surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls. sidewalks, or curbs to specified textures,
-
Operates backhoes, mini excavators, front loaders and skid steers to perform street and stormwater operations,
-
Performs minor maintenance on heavy trucks,
-
Performs routine and preventative maintenance on streets, street signs, property, facilities, stormwater drainage ways,
-
Performs snow and water removal.
