Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise or materials. You will ensure the safe and efficient handling of goods while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts to move materials and goods within the warehouse or facility. Load and unload goods from trucks, pallets, and shelves. Stack and store products in designated areas. Inspect forklifts daily to ensure they are in safe and operable condition. Perform inventory checks and ensure accurate record-keeping. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries. Assist in other warehouse duties as needed, such as packaging or order picking.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Valid forklift operator certification/license (mandatory). Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting. Ability to read and follow instructions, including safety rules and operating manuals. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Physical stamina to lift heavy items (up to [weight limit], e.g., 50 lbs). Good communication and teamwork skills.
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM -4:30 PM
