Key Responsibilities
- Lead or assist in structured, engaging classes using provided lesson plans
- Support students with diverse communication, sensory, and behavioral needs
- Maintain predictable routines to create a safe, inclusive classroom environment
- Take attendance, ensure safe dismissal, and manage classroom setup/cleanup
- Communicate with school staff and VAC directors as needed
- Represent VAC Enrichment with professionalism, empathy, and positivity
Requirements
- Afternoon availability
- Reliable transportation
- Clear background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with neurodiverse students
- Teaching, tutoring, coaching, childcare, or behavioral support experience
- CPR/First Aid certification
Job Details
- Type: Part-time / Contract

- Compensation: Varies by role - Lead Teacher ($50) vs. Assistant Teacher ($30)
