What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances and other work orders
- Handle unit turns, including flooring, cabinets, countertops, and light installations
- Complete preventive maintenance and work orders efficiently
- Maintain outdoor areas including pools, common areas, and grounds
- Provide excellent service and communication with residents and property staff
What You’ll Need:
- Experience in apartment maintenance, construction, or renovations
- Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Your own setof basic tools to complete the maintenance work orders. Materials are provided by the apartment community
- Reliable transportation
