What You’ll Do
As a Crew Member, you’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for every guest who visits our cafe.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing friendly, energetic customer service with Tropical Smoothie’s signature “Tropitude”
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing smoothies and food items according to company standards
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe environment
- Assisting with opening and closing responsibilities
- Restocking products and supplies throughout shifts
- Working as part of a team to maintain speed, quality, and accuracy
- Supporting fellow team members during busy periods
- Learning and mastering multiple positions within the cafe
