Position Summary
The Business Development & Media Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing long-term client relationships, and selling the full portfolio of 11/11 Media's marketing and advertising services. This position requires a consultative sales approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify client challenges and recommend customized marketing solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Prospect and develop new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, social media, and in-person meetings.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM software.
- Identify decision-makers and schedule qualified sales presentations.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, business organizations, and community events to generate new leads.
Sales & Client Acquisition
- Conduct professional discovery meetings to understand each client's business goals, challenges, and marketing needs.
- Present customized marketing strategies and solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
- Prepare professional proposals, presentations, and pricing packages.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close new business.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Account Development
- Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional marketing services.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Coordinate with internal Account Managers and Production Teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Market Intelligence
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, advertising platforms, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
- Understand local business markets and identify industries with strong growth potential.
- Continuously improve sales knowledge through training and professional development.
Pay: $27,624.00 - $100,000.00 per year
