Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for transactions and sales reporting.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation procedures.
Experience
- HSD/GED
- Previous experience as a barista or in food service
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso equipment
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to multitask during high‑volume periods
- Interest in coffee, food, and customer experience
