RN / LPN – Night Shift (Mon–Wed) | Consistent Schedule | **No Weekends**
We are seeking a dependable and experienced RN or LPN to join our night shift clinical team in a skilled nursing environment. This role offers a consistent, structured schedule and the opportunity to work in a calm overnight setting with strong CNA and leadership support.
Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday nights
- 12-hour shifts (6pm to 6:30am)
- No weekends
- Consistent weekly schedule (36 hours total)

Night Shift Environment
This role provides clinical oversight for a 39-bed skilled nursing unit during overnight hours. The night shift is supported by a dedicated CNA team, with administrative and clinical leadership available on-call to ensure you are supported in providing safe, quality resident care.
Overnight care is generally steady and focused on monitoring, routine treatments, medication administration, and responding to resident needs as they arise.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for assigned residents
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with CNA staff to ensure resident safety and comfort
- Communicate updates to on-call providers or leadership as needed
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Strong clinical judgment and reliability
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
- Electronic Medical Record System - Point Click Care experience preferred, not required
