Responsibilities:

Collaborate with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to implement individualized treatment plans and interventions for students with speech and language disorders

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting, following established protocols and goals

Assist in developing and implementing strategies and techniques to enhance students' communication and language abilities

Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' academic success

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other required paperwork

Stay informed about the latest research, techniques, and trends in speech-language pathology to provide evidence-based services
Qualifications:

Texas SLPA license

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field

Previous experience working as an SLPA in a school setting is preferred
