Job Description
Our Installers and assistants are knowledgeable, efficient, and detailed in their work. Crews arrive on time to scheduled installations, can follow direction and are able to lift heavy items and be comfortable on a ladder. This position works directly with the ownership team to create effective procedures and an enjoyable working atmosphere for the team.
This installer assistant will primarily assist the installer to hang blinds in residential and commercial settings. The assistant will also help in the installation of exterior awnings and shades. The candidate who fills this role will be carrying heavy items around the jobsite, takes direction well, and should be a detailed note taker. If you enjoy staying active- this is the role for you!
This is an entry level and seasonal part-time position, expecting to work 25-30 hours per week during our busy season, roughly April to October.

Salary Details
Experienced preferred, but not required. Will pay to train the right candidate.
Starting Pay: $17-$19 per hour depending on experience
Qualifications:
o Window covering installation experience preferred, but not required
o Must have good time management and self-starting skills
o Be a creative problem solver
o Friendly and customer service oriented
o Not afraid to ask questions
o Punctual and communicative
o Must be able to lift over 55 lbs and stand on feet for long periods of time
o Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
o Willing to travel between Denver and Colorado Springs/ Pueblo
o Ability to work independently and as a team
o Must be comfortable working on ladders
