American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Advanced Endoscopy unit position requiring at least 1 year of experience, AHA-certified BLS and ACLS, and an active OK or compact RN license.

Position is based in an Advanced Endoscopy unit within a hospital setting
-
Day shift schedule, 8-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM), 5 days per week, 40 hours per week

Set day off each week

On-call required 2–3 days per month

13-week contract

Active RN license issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or a current multistate compact RN license (eNLC)

Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA) required

Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required

Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program required; BSN preferred

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

Full date of birth and full SSN required for consideration

Responsibilities include patient assessment, administering medications, initiating and monitoring IV infusions and blood products, assisting physicians with examinations and minor diagnostic procedures, and delegating tasks to support staff

Candidate must communicate care plans and hospital procedures to patients and families

Travelers who have previously worked at this facility may work a maximum of 26 weeks total (including any extensions); a 6-month separation period is required before becoming eligible for a new contract

Compliance with onboarding requirements (drug screens, background checks, and medical requirements) must be completed promptly — start dates will not be adjusted for non-compliance
