Overview:
**We have multiple roles with various shifts in Tennessee* However this role is based out of Lebanon ,TN and is a weekend position THIS IS A FULL TIME ROLE MONDAY-FRIDAY 9AM-5:30PM EVERYDAY BUT WEDNESDAYS IT WILL BE 9AM-7PM
The "main responsibility" is preventing falls, changing, hands on and stand by assistance at all times is to ensure the safety of this client at her facility. This is one on one care. However, other tasks may include the below.
Duties for most of our clients:
YOU WILL HAVE TO TRANSPORT THIS CLIENT so you must have a valid drivers license
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Accompany clients to appointments or social outings (as needed)
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Report any changes in client's condition
Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving is preferred (but willing to train)
- Knowledge of caregiving systems and protocols
- Natural ability to be patient and compassionate
