Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Drywall Technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all aspects of drywall installation and finishing and capable of completing projects independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full-scope drywall work, including hanging, mudding, and taping
- Match existing textures and paint finishes to ensure seamless repairs and installations
- Measure, cut, and install drywall panels accurately
- Repair damaged drywall and restore surfaces to original condition
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work independently while meeting project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on drywall experience
- Proven ability to hang, mud, tape, and finish drywall to a high standard
- Strong experience with texture matching and paint blending
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in residential and/or commercial settings
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on the job
- Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in construction
Work Environment:
- On-site at various job locations
- May require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
