Job Title: Sauna Attendant
Position Type: Part-Time, Hourly
Reports To: Studio Manager
Position Overview: Do you have a passion for promoting health and wellness? We are looking for detail oriented, and organized individuals to join our team. This position offers rewarding opportunities to help our clientele work towards their health goals. By ensuring the facilities cleanliness and functionality, you will maximize guest experience by contributing to the well-being and comfort of their session without exhibiting extensive personal interaction. Experience working in a spa or health/wellness environment is a plus, however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Core Responsibilities:
- Maintains cleanliness throughout operating hours by cleaning and sanitizing high traffic areas in the studio throughout daily operations.
- Ensure the reception areas, sauna rooms, restroom, showers, and laundry room are functional and maintained.
- Reset Sauna Suites and Red Light Rooms by taking soiled towels, sanitizing, and putting together individual rooms with towels for preparation of next guests' appointments.
- Perform regular maintenance and organization including folding and rolling towels while organizing them into the facilities towel supply area.
- Remove trash and recycling daily.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to handle high temperatures above 135 degrees for short periods of time.
- Must be able to stand for an extended period of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to maintain clean saunas for members, which involves getting in and out of the sauna and reaching overhead to adjust settings.
- Must be able to bend, kneel, and squat to access and adjust the saunas as needed.
