Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, catering, or food service is preferred
- Strong knowledge of different types of beverages, brewing methods, and cocktail recipes
- Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Familiarity with restaurant or retail math for inventory management purposes
