Duties
- Perform roof inspections and evaluate damage or replacement needs
- Measure roofs and determine material requirements
- Prepare accurate project estimates and proposals
- Meet with homeowners to explain project scope, materials, and pricing
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
- Coordinate with the Legacy Roofing team to ensure project accuracy and efficiency
- Manage leads and follow up with customers to close projects
Requirements
- Experience estimating roofing projects and determining material requirements
- Knowledge of roofing materials and installation best practices
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to assess roof conditions accurately
- Proficient in using CRM
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Roofing certifications or related training are a plus
- Prior experience in construction, roofing, or home improvement sales preferred

Pay: $100,322.45 - $120,818.42 per year
