- Apply merchandising techniques to display products attractively and optimize sales potential at each location.
- Perform heavy lifting when handling inventory or promotional materials, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Use organizational skills to plan daily routes, manage schedules, and keep accurate records of sales activities.
- Demonstrate knowledge of pricing strategies and market trends to maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Maintain excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and building long-term relationships.
- Drive commercial vehicles responsibly, adhering to all safety regulations during route driving and deliveries.
Experience
- Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for engaging with people is essential.
- Strong math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and profit margins accurately.
- Experience in route driving or commercial driving is advantageous; a valid driver’s license is required.
- Familiarity with upselling techniques and merchandising practices will set you apart.
- Background in military service or disciplined environments can be beneficial due to the emphasis on safety, organization, and communication skills.
