Active Occupational Therapist License required
NBCOT Certification required/preferred
BLS Certification preferred
Experience in outpatient or hospital rehab preferred
Experience with orthopedic and post-operative patients preferred
Splinting experience preferred but not required
Experience treating pediatric to geriatric populations preferred
Evaluate and treat patients with functional limitations and injuries
Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Assist patients with mobility, ADLs, and rehabilitation goals
Treat orthopedic and post-operative patients
Provide splinting and upper extremity rehab as needed
Work with inpatient, outpatient, swingbed, and athletic populations
Maintain accurate therapy documentation
Collaborate with rehab and healthcare teams
